It must contain:
- Return + product as subject;
- Your full name, order number, product name and product code of the item you want to return;
- The reason (s) for your return, so that we can forward any defects to the suppliers and / or improve information on the webshop;
- Your bank account number where we can transfer the money back.
We will then email you the return address. It is best to use the box with which we have sent the package. You then deliver the package to a PostNL location of your choice.
EXCHANGE

After we have received your return shipment in good order and within 7 days, you will receive your money back.
