Return Policy

At Hoodz Hoodiez you always have the option to return your order within 7 days of purchase. If you want to return the order, please contact Hoodzhoodiez.com via email.

It must contain:

  • Return + product as subject;
  • Your full name, order number, product name and product code of the item you want to return;
  • The reason (s) for your return, so that we can forward any defects to the suppliers and / or improve information on the webshop;
  • Your bank account number where we can transfer the money back.

We will then email you the return address. It is best to use the box with which we have sent the package. You then deliver the package to a PostNL location of your choice.


Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or color? Then always contact us first. Exchange is possible within 7 days of purchase. pays the shipping costs for sending a new product once, provided the value of the new shipment is the same or higher.


After we have received your return shipment in good order and within 7 days, you will receive your money back. The amount will be refunded to the bank account that you sent to us in your return notification. We try to refund your account as quickly as possible, and it takes a maximum of 10 working days.

Products that are returned after the 7-day cooling-off period cannot be returned. We will only handle returns if they are returned in their original condition including attached labels and original packaging. Of course you can always fit the clothes, but worn, damaged and / or used items are refused.


All goods are carefully checked before shipping. If you still find an error when receiving your order, please contact info@hoodzhoodiez.com. You can then return the product at our expense and you will receive a new product, or you will get your money back.
